Visitor toilets are located on level 0, on the right and left side of the lobby, next to the stairs. The women’s room on the left side and the men’s room on the right side.
Disabled access toilet can also be found on level 0, to the right from the accessible entrance.

Cloakroom: It is located in the lobby of the Palace of Culture and is open only during events.

Ticket Office: The ticket office is located near the entrance from Victory Square (Piața Victoriei)

Bicycle Parking

Visitors’ bicycles can be parked on the left side of the building, in the courtyard of the County Library, in specially designated bicycle parking areas.
